1. Fit form

Submitting the coaching fit form is free and does not create a payment obligation.

2. First session

The first session is normally paid after the session. If you cancel before it starts, there is no cancellation fee because no advance payment has been taken.

If you repeatedly book and do not attend, future bookings may be declined.

3. Follow-up sessions

From the second session onward, payment is normally required before the appointment.

4. Rescheduling or cancelling 12 hours or more before the session

If you give at least 12 hours’ notice, you may normally choose either one reschedule or a refund of the prepaid coaching fee.

5. Late cancellations and no-shows

If you cancel with less than 12 hours’ notice or do not attend, the prepaid fee is normally non-refundable because the time was reserved for you. A reasonable exception or reschedule credit may be offered where there is an emergency, a genuine safety or privacy issue, or another circumstance where strict enforcement would be unfair.

If attending or sending a message could put you at risk, prioritise your safety. You do not need to provide a detailed explanation. You may simply say it was a safety or privacy issue when it is safe to contact.

6. Late arrival

If you arrive late, the session will normally still end at the scheduled time so that later appointments are not affected. If a technical problem on the coach’s side causes meaningful lost time, the session may be extended or rescheduled where practical.

7. If the coach cancels

If the coach cancels a prepaid session, you may choose a full refund of that session fee or a rescheduled appointment.

8. Refund method and timing

Approved refunds are returned using a reasonable available payment method. Bank, UPI, payment-provider, or cross-border processing times are outside the service’s control.

9. Book purchases

Purchases of the book through Amazon or another marketplace are governed by that marketplace’s cancellation, return, and refund rules. Doubting My Own Mind does not process those marketplace payments.

10. Mandatory consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits a refund, cancellation, or consumer right that applicable law requires and does not permit the parties to waive.
